After years of training and working with people, I understand all patterns of behaviour, thought or habit such as addiction to substances, food, sex or even the internet are essentially rooted in adverse past experiences.

In some cases, even chronic pain and illness, which ultimately affects one’s quality of life and wellness, can stem from trauma.

Using a holistic result-oriented approach, I integrate mindfulness and different models of therapy such as Hypnotherapy, IFS (Internal Family System Therapy), Resource Therapy, NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming), Somatic Resonance and evidence-based Neuroscience.

Creating a safe environment and space for the subconscious awareness to lead the journey.  Blending techniques of mind conditioning and reprogramming, Regression to source (ISE), Somatic, mindful and compassionate awareness towards the issue in mind. I work with clients to identify, address and integrate aspects of themselves, in order to shift the unconscious patterns, that seem to have negative impact in their current lives. Accessing the unconscious part of the mind (where the “issue” is created in the first place) to heal, transform, and finally reinforce the desired change.

After our first contact, I suggest a short treatment plan individually tailored for you and your desired outcome.

Between each appointment, you go home with new tools that will help in optimising the work done with me in session and strengthening the mind in creating new and long- lasting change.
